Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for senior leadership positions under the Ministry of IT & Telecom. PSEB seeks highly capable professionals for strategic roles to support Pakistan's IT and digital services export growth.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience & Requirements
Chief Business Development Officer	Max 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Management / Economics / Business Administration / Public Policy / Finance / Marketing or a related discipline. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.	Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships or related domains. Demonstrated experience developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G international partnerships and opening new markets or attracting international clientele. Relevant project or program management experience; stakeholder coordination and ecosystem development desirable (approx. 3 years preferred). Leadership/decision-making experience; commercially oriented with exposure to public-sector, export-oriented, or comparable organizations. Experience working with regulators, chambers, provincial bodies or business facilitation units will be considered highly relevant.
Director Infrastructure	Max 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Higher qualifications in Engineering Management or Project Management and professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale building complexes, IT parks, commercial towers or similar facilities. Experience in planning and management of high-value civil engineering or infrastructure projects; project lifecycle management and regulatory approvals expertise desirable. Exposure to MEP systems, HVAC, fire and life safety systems, building management systems (BMS), and vendor/contractor management. Leadership and decision-making experience, ideally with prior role as a senior infrastructure/project manager. Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure and technology park development is an advantage.
