Pakistan Airports Authority Tender — Procurement of Oil & Filters for North Region Airports

Pakistan Airports Authority (Logistics Centre - North) invites e-bids under PPRA rules for the procurement of oil and filters for FLT RAM and Oshkosh for North Region airports/locations. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold valid NTN & GST and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

Key instructions: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a Pay Order in favour of "Pakistan Airports Authority"; the original bid security must reach the office before bid opening. E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and conditions are available on the electronic procurement platform (EPADS). Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before the submission deadline.
