IESCO Invitation to Bid – 2x3 Duct Line Works (Tenders VEC/NCB/03–05/2026-27)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids for construction works for 2x3 duct lines with manholes under the jurisdiction of IESCO Construction Division, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key submission & bid conditions:

- Bid submission method: Online only via EPADS (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Hard copies are not accepted for initial submission unless specifically required by EPADS rules.

- Bid security: 2% of the BOQ cost in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee issued from the bidder's account in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO by a scheduled bank (to be uploaded on EPADS; the original must be submitted as required on bid opening).

- Eligibility & evaluation: Detailed eligibility, technical and financial evaluation criteria are listed in the tender documents. Bidders must comply with IESCO/PPRA requirements, provide required registration, past experience, financial statements and tax documentation, and meet the financial/turnover/cash-flow requirements specified in the tender.
