Tender Notice No. 15/2026 — Procurement of Supplies & Services, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad

Procurement (Head Procurement, H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for the supply or execution of the following items/works. Tender documents are available from the procuring office on payment of the tender fee against each item (Bank Draft/Pay Order only) and submission rules below apply.

Eligibility: Firms/dealers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone/fax numbers. Tender fee as shown against each item must be submitted in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash/tender fee as cash or call deposit will not be accepted.

How to apply/submit: Complete tender documents can be obtained from the procuring office (Head Procurement, H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays upon submission of written request and payment of the tender fee. Tenders will be received up to the stated opening date at 13:30 hours and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
