NIBAF Islamabad Invitation to e-Bid — Health & Life Insurance Services (Tender P65640)

National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad invites electronic bids from suppliers/contractors/service providers registered with PRA for e-procurement on e-PAK (ePADS) and DPDRA for the procurement of health and life insurance services. Bidders must be active on tax records and eligible to participate as per the notice.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Prospective bidders must first register on the ePADS/eprocure portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and complete technical, financial, and other registration steps on the portal.
• Only Income Tax active and on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) or FBR for one year beyond the tax year are eligible.
• E-bidding documents, specifications and terms & conditions are available online at the ePADS portal.
• All electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before the schedule above; manual bids are not acceptable.
• Bid security must be submitted as specified (demand draft/pay order/CDR/bank guarantee) in favor of NIBAF Pakistan; scanned copy to be uploaded on EPADS. Original bid security must reach procuring agency before bid closing time or the bid will be rejected.
