- Prequalification period: FY 2026-2027 (extendable for FYs 2027-28 & 2028-29).

- Submission: Bids/proposals to be submitted through EPADS 2.0 as per Open Framework Agreement procedures.
- Eligibility: Contractors/firms must be registered with SECP as a company or with business registration and listed on FBR Active Taxpayers List (Income Tax/Sales Tax) as applicable.
- Security: Successful/prequalified firms must furnish a security/performance guarantee amounting to Rs. 30,000.00.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes will be deducted as per law.
- Bid opening: Bids will be opened on the same day (11 August 2026) at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Right to reject: The FGO reserves the right to reject all bids/tenders as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
