Open Tender Notice 40-45/2026 — Procurement of Equipment (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with the Sales Tax Department, for the supply of the items listed below. Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned on company letterhead along with the prescribed tender fee (pay order/call deposit). Cash payments will not be accepted.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per tender (pay order/call deposit; cash not accepted).
- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.
- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that have failed to supply stores against past orders.
- Tenders must be delivered sealed; receipt of tenders closes at 10:30 AM on the opening date and bids will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day.
- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.
- Payments will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of stores.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at any stage.
- For two-envelope tenders, the original bank draft should be attached with the technical bid.
- Tender documents are issued on request in writing; last issuance/receipt day is one day before opening (documents should be obtained in time).
