Issuer: Health Welfare Committee (Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal), Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi. The Committee invites pre-qualification applications and tenders for the procurement of medicines, surgical items, medical consumables and allied medical supplies for the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Health Welfare Programme for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Act, 2009 and SPPRA rules through a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.
