NTC invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk) from eligible suppliers/contractors/service providers who are registered on EPADS v2.0 and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and who have relevant experience for the listed services. E-bidding documents, terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by the stated bid closing date and time; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after bid closing time. Notification of the GRC constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS and on www.ntc.net.pk.
