Issuer: District Police Officer, Jhelum (Shafique Ahmed Ch, PSP). Invitation for e-bids (Framework Contract) for the financial year 2026–2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Purpose: Purchase and repair of various stores, equipment, transport/ POL, furniture, buildings and related items from reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable) and Professional Tax. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system (e-bidding, lot-wise).

Key submission & bidding conditions:
- Deadline for e-bid submission: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- All procurements will be carried out electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations.
- Bid security: Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in physical form (CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank) in favour of DPO, Jhelum before the e-bid submission closing time.
- On acceptance, successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee as per PPRA rules (typically 1%–5% of contract value) which will be released after successful completion of the contract.
- Procurement will follow the procedures explained in the e-bidding documents (including Single Stage Two Envelope where applicable). Technical samples/brochures for each item may be mandatory as per e-bidding documents.
- Bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and instructions can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA website. Response times are calculated from the publication date.
- DPO Jhelum reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Late bids will not be accepted.
