IESCO Tender No. 67 — Supply of 11 kV XLPE Power Cable (Single Core) to IESCO Regional Stores

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-Bids for the year 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOS/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC (formerly NTDC) and FBR having valid prototype approval (if applicable) for supply of the listed material on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar.

Important instructions and terms:

• Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications (amended to date).
• Only e-bids are acceptable. Bids will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives (bearing authority letters) who wish to attend.
• Tender will be opened on a "Single Stage Two Envelope basis".
• Prices should be final and firm on DDP basis and without involving any foreign exchange.
• The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days. The bidder shall submit sealed Bid Security/Guarantee in original mentioned above valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e. 98 days) in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad, before the bid closing time; failing which the bid(s) shall be considered non-responsive.
• The bid should be for full quantity of tender and bid for less quantity or quantity of tender will not be accepted.
• Prices quoted on E-PADS Version 2.0 shall be inclusive of all taxes. GST and duties applicable as per law; GST is reimbursable on submission of original invoices/forms.
• IESCO reserves the rights to reject all bids prior to the acceptance of a bid.
• If a holiday is announced by the Government of Pakistan on the scheduled tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.
