Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department (Projects), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (RFP No.02-2026). Key requirements and submission instructions:
- Selection method: Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as per criteria described in the RFP.
- Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope. Submit Technical Proposal (original) and Financial Proposal (original) in separate sealed envelopes (comprising a single package) as required by the RFP.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated consultancy cost for each package must be attached in the Technical Proposal as specified.
- Eligibility: Firms must be PEC-registered and listed in the updated pre-qualified list of the Planning & Development Board in the specified sector/sub-sector for the current financial year.
