Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department (Projects), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF).
Purpose: UAF invites Request for Proposals (RFP No.02-2026) from consultant firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the updated prequalified list of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab (Sector – Infrastructure & Structural Engineering, Sub-Sector – Building). Consultants will provide detailed design, master planning and resident supervision for civil works (Civil Work Component) for development projects at Narowal. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (newly launched by PPRA w.e.f. 2026-07-01).

Key submission & eligibility information:
- Eligibility: Consultant firms must be registered with PEC and listed in the updated prequalified list of the Planning & Development Board, Govt. of the Punjab for the specified sector/sub-sector.
- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Firms must submit Technical Proposal (original) and Financial Proposal (original) in separate sealed envelopes as per RFP requirements.
- Bid security: 2% as shown in the table above (in PKR).
- Submission method: Bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System/University procedures as specified in the RFP. RFP documents and further instructions are available on the UAF and PPRA procurement portals.
- Document availability and instructions: Tender documents can be downloaded from the UAF website and PPRA website; submission via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Opening: Technical bids will be opened on the same day after submission (time indicated in RFP).
