Tender: Security Services for The University of Agriculture Peshawar

The Directorate of Administration, The University of Agriculture Peshawar invites technical and financial proposals from licensed security companies (valid NTN & KPRA registration and registered with Government of Pakistan) to provide security services for the University campus. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS on a Single-Stage, Single-Envelope basis. Deployed guards must be retired personnel from Pakistan Army, Police, Frontier Corps, Frontier Constabulary or other recognized law enforcement agencies with an age limit of 50 years.

Submission and opening are scheduled for 2026-08-17 (submission 10:00 am; opening 10:30 am). Original bid fee receipt of Rs. 2,000 per form and CDR of Rs. 100,000 (Account No. PK26KHYB5317003007797396, The Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Campus Branch) must be submitted in a separate envelope, along with an original affidavit of non-blacklisting.
