Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan invites sealed bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) single-stage single-envelope procedure for works related to strengthening existing research stations and installation/solarization of tube wells under ADP No. 23/240072. Bidders must be registered contractors with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRAs Rules 2014) and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category.
