RFQ: Procurement of Office Furniture for KP-RIISP (PCMU) — Peshawar

Project: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP). Issuer/Executing Agency: Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU), Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Credit No.: 7348-PK. Reference No.: PK-PCMU-557568-GO-RFQ.

The PCMU KP-RIISP invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers meeting the stated experience and tax registration requirements. Quotations must meet RFQ specifications, be valid for 90 days, and include all applicable taxes. Detailed RFQ documents can be downloaded from https://pndkp.gov.pk/tenders/.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum five (05) years of experience in supply of similar items.

- Valid NTN and STRN and registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

- Must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization or World Bank.

Financial & Submission Details:

- Quotation must include a bid security equal to two percent (2%) of the quoted bid price. Bid security shall be submitted in the shape of a Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan payable in the name of Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP.

- The quoted price shall be in Pak Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

- Suppliers shall submit the quotation in a sealed envelope with a bid security. The envelope must be marked "RFQ for Office Furniture" on the right-hand corner.

Deadline & Opening:

- Submission deadline: 2026-08-13 at 2:00 pm. Quotations will be opened on the same date and time at the office of the Chief RD / Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning and Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.
