The Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division, South Waziristan Upper invites tenders through the E-PADs e-procurement system from eligible firms/bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for Financial Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014.
