Issuer: Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department (Projects), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF).
Purpose: Invitation of Request for Proposal (RFP No.02-2026) from consultant firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the updated prequalified list of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab for detailed design, master planning and resident supervision of development projects (civil works).
Selection & submission: Selection will be made under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). A Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted. Firms must submit Technical (original) and Financial (original) proposals in separate sealed envelopes. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated consultancy cost must be attached with the Technical Proposal as a bank instrument in favour of Executive Engineer (ECP-D), UAF.
Key dates: Proposals must reach UAF on or before 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
