PEF Invitation to Bid — Hiring of Air Travel Agency for FY 2026-27

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a Framework Contract basis for hiring an air travel agency for FY 2026-27. Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant taxation authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System are invited to participate under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure (PPR-14 Rule 38(2)(a)).

Bidding documents, detailed eligibility criteria, bid scope and terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System, PPRA and PEF websites. Bidders must submit bids online via the e-Procurement system. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded; original bid security must be furnished as required before bid opening. PEF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Taxes and government duties will be deducted as applicable.

Submission & opening: Online bid submission on Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-11. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-11 at the PEF office; bidders’ representatives may attend.
