S&GAD (South Punjab) Tender for Framework Supply of Office Items & Services 2026-27 – Deadline 2026-08-07

Issuer: Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), South Punjab, Government of the Punjab, Circuit House, Bahawalpur. Purpose: To purchase listed items/goods under framework contracts for official use during the financial year 2026-27. Bids (Technical & Financial) are invited from registered companies/firms/suppliers.

Submission deadline: Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:15 a.m. on 07.08.2026. Online opening of tenders will be the same day at 11:45 a.m.

Eligibility & Required Documents (to be uploaded with Technical Bid):

- Bid Security: 2% of total estimated cost for each lot applied for, in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of Additional Secretary (Admin), S&GAD (South Punjab).

- Bank certificate / statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness.

- Proof of NTN, Income Tax payment, and registration as General Sales Tax (GST) payee.

- Professional Tax Certificate and company profile.

- Written acceptance of terms and conditions, duly signed and stamped.

Procurement Instructions:

- Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.

- The procedure is Single Stage — Two Envelope (separate Technical & Financial bids). Bidders must submit both envelopes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bidding documents and detailed specifications can be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) or the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
