Key application instructions:
- Only persons/firms registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Minor Minerals contractors may participate.
- Interested parties must register with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and submit applications complete in all respects along with the 2% Sale Tax P.R.A/NON-refundable application fee and required documents at least three (3) working days before the auction.
- Call deposits must be submitted to the specified Bank of Khyber accounts (call deposit and application fee account numbers are provided in the notice) and original deposit slips attached to the application.
- Successful bidder shall deposit 1/4th of the total bid as security within three days; failure to do so may result in forfeiture and re-auction.
- Allotment and other terms shall follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act, 2017 and relevant rules; successful bidders must pay taxes, rent and comply with lease conditions.
- Sketches of areas are available at the office of the Assistant Director (Tech) Mineral Development D.I. Khan for inspection.
