Tender Notice: Framework Contracts for Medicines, Lab, Radiology, Linen, Printing & Biomedical Supplies — THQ Hospital Muridke

THQ Hospital Muridke (Government of Punjab) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers and registered income tax filers for framework contracts and supply of various items for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).

Last date & time for bid submission (e-procurement): 2026-08-03 up to 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of THQ Hospital Muridke in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. Response time is calculated from the date of tender publication on PPRA.

Original bid security (valid 120 days) must be submitted before the closing date in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.

The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
