How to apply / Important instructions
Bid documents and instructions can be obtained from the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral on any working day or downloaded from the E-PAD system before the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted online via E-PAD. Originals (including scanned bid and required original CD) and the original call deposit/bid security must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral before closing time.
Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with PEC with Category C-4 & above and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required. Bid validity is ninety (90) days. Call deposit from scheduled banks is acceptable. Successful bidder must sign the agreement and mobilize as per terms in the work order.
