Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors/joint venture firms for the Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidding follows the Two-Stages Two-Envelopes procedure under Public Procurement Rules (2004) and e-Procurement Regulations (2023). Bidding documents will be available on the CDA e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk/EPADS) with effect from 2026-07-20.
