Executive Engineer, CW, PPH Building Department, District Jhal Magsi invites sealed tenders (Schedule B, composite schedule of rates 2026 Government of Balochistan) from interested contractors/firms for BSDI (Balochistan Special Development Initiative) Phase-III works for the 2026-27 season.
Key submission & procurement details:
- Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with tax authorities (BRA/NTN & Sales Tax) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/specialized code for General Civil Engineering works. Contractors should have minimum three (03) similar assignments and turnover not less than 70% of the estimated cost.
- Procurement method: Single stage, single envelope under BPP Rules 2014.
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit in favour of the Executive Engineer, CW, PP&H Building Department Jhal Magsi.
- Tender documents: Obtainable from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of non-refundable tender fee (Rs. 1,500) via Green Challan (Revenue Receipt) or downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk.
- Submission & opening: Tenders to be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Jhal Magsi. Last date/time for submission: 2026-08-07 (until 11:00 AM).
