Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department — C&W Building Division Mardan.
Purpose: Electronic bids are invited through the E-PAK Acquisition and Consultancy Services System (EPADS) under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for multiple Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) sub-works in Mardan district. Eligible contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant code and specialty and comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended up to 10-05-2022).
Key submission requirements: Contractors must submit updated registration documents (PEC Active Status, KPPRA Active Status, PEC license and CNICs) and call deposit / bid security (as specified in the tender), along with the online tender through EPADS. Bid security is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee as per the tender conditions. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
