KP C&W Division Battagram Tender: Emergency Road Works (Battagram & Allai) — eBids due 2026-07-21

Issuer: Executive Engineer, C&W Division Battagram, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Invitation for electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) on EPADS for emergency road works under AOM&R funds (removal of snow, landslides & slips) for 2026-27.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 10/05/2022) and KPPRA Notification No. SOR(14)/Vol:I-2/4-2021-22 dated 10/05/2022.

- Bid solicitation documents and instructions are available from the Executive Engineer C&W Division Battagram office on working days or may be downloaded from: www.cwd.gkp.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk prior to submission deadline.

- Complete bid security in the shape of CDR (including Bank Name, CDR Number(s) and Date(s)) must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid on EPADS.

- All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 (Act No. XXI of 2013).

Selected contractual requirements and obligations:

• The contractor will be notified in emergencies by phone/WhatsApp/fax and must comply with directions.
• Contractor must provide and maintain specified machinery throughout the contract; representative certificates of ownership/contract for each Tehsil must be provided. Specified machinery includes: Excavator (03 Nos.), Tractor 4-wheel (03 Nos.), Front shovel (01 No.). Additional machinery may be required as circumstances demand.
• Contractor is responsible for clearing roads from debris, landslides, snow, and removal of material causing traffic blockage, restoring roadway formation and leveling.
• Contractor must mobilize to blockage sites within 24 hours of reporting.
• Failure to comply may lead to execution of work at contractor's risk and cost and deduction from payments.
• Contractor must open an office in each Tehsil with an authorized representative and provide contact details for emergency response.
• Contract remains effective until 31 December 2026; emergency/force majeure provisions apply as per contract and relevant authorities (PDMA).
• Payment schedule (subject to availability of funds): 70% payment during last week of September 2026; 30% payment during last week of December 2026.
