Public Notice: Proposed 44% Share Transfer in Crown City Gwadar Residential Project

Nadeem Ahmad (son of Munir Ahmad; CNIC 5-0922708-35202), director of the company holding development rights for a 63-acre residential parcel in Gwadar (Khatoni No. 11, Khana No. 11; NOC GDA/H8/0543(8)), intends to transfer a 44% share together with the related residential project interest in the scheme formerly promoted as "Crown City Gwadar" to Khawaja Amir Parvez (CNIC 3-6650785-36202).
