Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders (Single-Stage, Two-Envelopes: Technical & Financial) for the re-construction of Punjab House, Rawalpindi. Eligible firms/contractors enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

How to apply and bid submission: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents are available on the e-Procurement portal; incomplete or offline submissions will not be accepted. The 2% bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner.

Opening of Technical Bids on the e-Procurement website: 2026-08-05 at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened as per procedure after evaluation of technical bids (financial opening schedule will be published on the portal).
Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered/renewed with PEC in the relevant category and meet qualification, experience and financial requirements as per PPRA & Punjab Building Department rules. Tendering will follow Punjab RRs/PPRA rules. Firms must upload required documents and original supporting evidence where specified. All clarifications, corrigenda and evaluation reports will be posted on the e-Procurement portal.
