Issuer: City Police Office (CPO), Rawalpindi. Inviting framework-contract bids for procurement of various miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (updated).
Eligible bidders: Experienced, financially sound firms/enterprises registered with Federal/Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed as active taxpayers. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) as per PPRA rules.

How to obtain bidding documents: Tender documents and BOQs are available on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-procurement (eP) system. Bidders must download/upload bids via the Punjab e-procurement portal.
Submission & opening schedule: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system by 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the procuring committee and bidders' representatives.
Bid security & guarantees: A bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR) is required as specified in the bidding documents. Successful bidders will provide a performance guarantee (performance security) of 5% of the total contract value as prescribed.
Other important conditions: Rates must remain valid and include applicable GST/PST and government taxes as required. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration, professional tax where applicable, and other documentary proof. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
