FBR Request for Bids – Procurement of Bulletproof Jackets & Helmets for DES (Bid Due 2026-08-27)

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed bids under a One-Envelope National Competitive Bidding process for the procurement of bulletproof jackets and helmets for all Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) – Indus Sites. This procurement is financed under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP), Credit No. 6435-PK, Project ID P165982.

How to obtain and submit documents

Bidding documents (in English) are downloadable free of charge from: www.fbr.gov.pk/tenders. Interested bidders may request further information or inspect documents on working days from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

Procurement rules & disclosure

The procurement will follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Fifth Edition, September 2023). The Borrower will require disclosure of the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice.
