Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) for Developmental Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Registered contractors on e-PPAs and with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code for FY 2026-27 are eligible to bid. Tender/bidding documents have been prepared on the basis of MRS 1B–Annual 2026 and prevailing local market rates.
Submission & opening:
Tender documents must be uploaded on the EPAD/Punjab e-Procurement dashboard by 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-06 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. Contractors or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. Conditional tenders will not be entertained; selection will be on the basis of least cost as per applicable procurement rules. All procurement activities for Punjab shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with guidance available on the official portal.
