Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi. PKLI & RC invites pre-qualification applications and bids for multiple supply, service and works packages. Eligible firms must be active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All procurements will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (epp.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA rules.
Key submission & eligibility notes:
- Pre-qualification/applications and bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Firms must register on the portal prior to submission.
- Hard copies of e-bids/proposals are not required and will not be accepted. PKLI & RC will not be responsible for late submission due to portal or bidder issues.
- All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated amount, submitted as prescribed on the e-Procurement portal.
- Detailed terms, specifications, quantities, estimated costs, bid security amounts, submission, opening and evaluation criteria are available on the e-Procurement portal and from the Procurement Office during office hours.
