Eligibility, fees & procedure
- Members holding paid-up share value of Rs. 500 (under Rule 57 of the Cooperative Societies Rules, 2020) are eligible to contest.
- Nomination forms may be obtained in person or through an authorized representative from the society office between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on 2026-07-21 to 2026-07-23. Nomination fee: Rs. 6,000 (non-refundable).
- The list of members can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 2,000 during working hours (10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) after 2026-07-20.
Other instructions
- Entry to the premises on election day will be allowed only on production of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Proxy voting is not allowed. Incomplete nomination forms, nominations without official seal, or nominations by defaulters will be rejected.
