Eligibility and important instructions:
- Seats: President plus nine Managing Committee members — election for President, six members from Sector 13-A and three members from Sector 52-A (as per Bye-law No. 46).
- Eligible voters: Members of the society holding paid-up share value of Rs. 500 under Rule 57 of Cooperative Societies Rules, 2020.
- Nomination forms available from 21-07-2026 to 23-07-2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; nomination fee: Rs. 6,000 (non-refundable).
- List of members can be obtained from the society office on payment of Rs. 2,000 during working hours after 20-07-2026.
- Entry to premises and polling allowed only on production of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC); proxy voting is not allowed. Incomplete or unsigned nomination forms, or forms without official seal, will be rejected. Defaulters of the society will not be permitted to contest or vote.
