Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Annual Auction Notice 2026–27 – Advertisements, Hawker Licenses & Cattle Pit

Issuer: Office of the Director Taxes, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC).

Purpose: Annual open auction of municipal contracts/rights for the financial year 2026–27 (up to 30-06-2027).

Auction schedule and venue: Auctions will be held on 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM at the Office of Municipal Corporation, Jamal Hall Main Building, HMC Hyderabad. If parties do not participate the auction will be re-conducted on 2026-07-28 and, if required, a third time on 2026-07-29.

Payment & bid conditions: No defaulter contractor is allowed to participate. The successful/highest bidder must deposit 10% of the contractual amount as security and will also be responsible for 10% income tax and 10% SRB before taking possession. Earnest money must be submitted as Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque from a nationalized/scheduled bank. The undersigned reserves the right to postpone or reject any or all auctions without assigning a reason.

Eligibility & required documents (to be attached): NTN registration certificate; Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years; affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper certifying no litigation/blacklisting; bank statements for the last 3 years (each year separately, July 1 to June 30); relevant experience (last 3 years).

Inspection and terms: Full terms and conditions and other details can be reviewed at the HMC office during working days and office hours.

Note: Tenants of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation are warned to deposit monthly rents and arrears as directed; non-compliance may lead to action as per HMC rules.
