Purpose: Framework contract procurement of medicines, disposables, dialysis items, general store supplies, transportation and R&M services. Interested firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and meeting relevant category requirements may submit bids as per terms and conditions below.

Key instructions:

• Submit bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System only.
• Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website and the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
• Original bid security (2% of the estimated cost) in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad must be submitted before the tender opening; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
• Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee (2% of contract value) in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee; it will be refunded on successful completion of contract obligations.
• Late, conditional, incomplete or unsigned bids and bids without required documentary evidence will be rejected. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules. Procurement will follow PPRA rules 2004 and Punjab E-Procurement regulations.
