Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers registered with FBR and PPRA and enlisted on the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS system. PEC category C5 & above with CE-01 registration required. Bids must follow Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014.
