HAZECO Invitation to E-Bids for Supply of Meters, CTs, MS Boxes, Computer Media & Stationery

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible bidders for the supply of items on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) to the Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Submit e-bids through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. All bidders must register on EPADS before submission.

- Procurement will follow PPRA rules. Tenders SCM-02 and SCM-03 will follow "Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure"; tenders SCM-04, SCM-05 and SCM-06 will follow "Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure" as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.

- Bid security must be submitted in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad. The original bid security must be delivered to Room No. 209, Office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. Scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid on EPADS; failure to do so will result in rejection.

- Bids shall be valid for 60 days from the date of opening. Bid security shall be valid 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

- Hazeco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
