HAZECO Tender Notice: E-Bids for Stationery, Computer Items, CT/PTs, Meters & MS Boxes — Abbottabad

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on NCB (National Competitive Bidding) basis from eligible bidders for procurement on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis to Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Paks Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal.

How to apply: All interested bidders must register and submit bids online through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gop.pk. The procedure follows PPRA rules. For single-stage two-envelope or single-stage single-envelope procedures, bidders should follow the specific tender instructions on EPADS.

Bid security: Prospective bidders shall submit bid security in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited Abbottabad. The original bid security must be delivered to Room No. 209, Office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid on EPADS; failure to provide the original bid security will render the bid non-responsive.

Validity: Bids shall be valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The bid security shall be valid 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

Notes: Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids and non-submission of original bid security will be rejected. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
