Eligibility
Reputed national/international firms (JV)/service providers having registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, on Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and not blacklisted. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 3,000,000 in the last year.

Notes
Bid Security of 2% of the specified amount is required. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1500/- must be deposited. The procurement procedure will be Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The financial proposals of only technically qualified consultants will be opened.
