Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the repair and maintenance of NCCI Building No. 12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage-Envelope Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above and must submit bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-07-31 11:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested firms should register and obtain bidding documents on EPADS v2.0.
