Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids for procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology and Operations under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis. Tender documents and bidding will be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key instructions and information:
- Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Technical and financial bids must be uploaded in separate sealed envelopes as per the tender document.
- Tender documents are available for download free of cost from PITB website and the PPRA/ Punjab e-procurement portals: https://www.pitb.gov.pk and https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid on eProc system before the submission deadline and to allow sufficient time for online submission. Late or non-conforming bids will not be accepted.
