PSDA Notice: Online Registration/Renewal for Technical & Vocational Institutes in Punjab (2026-27)

Issuer: Punjab Skills Development Authority (PSDA) under the guidance of the Chief Minister of Punjab. Purpose: Mandatory online registration and renewal of technical, vocational and professional training institutions for the academic/registration year 2026-27.

Key information:

- Application window (online): Start: 2026-02-01. Closing / last date for submission: 2026-08-31. Institutions whose registrations expired up to 2026-06-30 have a final opportunity to renew by the closing date.

- Who must apply: All technical, vocational and professional training institutes operating in Punjab as required under the PSDA Act, 2019 must complete new registration or renewal through the PSDA online portal.

- Basic actions required: Create an account on the PSDA online portal (e-Biz/BFC), complete the online application form, upload required institutional documents and instructor qualifications, pay the prescribed fee, and comply with PSDA rules and standards (including facility, staff qualification and safety requirements). PSDA may carry out inspections as part of the registration process.

- Documents & eligibility: Institutions must submit accurate institutional information, proof of ownership/authorization, details of teaching staff and their relevant qualifications, and any other supporting documents required by PSDA regulations.
