Municipal Corporation Sahiwal — Invitation for Bids (Framework Contracts 2026-27)

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal (Chief Officer) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) for award of framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligibility: Interested firms/contractors/suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN & Sales Tax where applicable), be active taxpayers on the FBR system, be registered on Punjab e-PADS, and possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate where applicable. Contractors in relevant categories/grades registered with Pakistan Engineering Council may participate where applicable. Bidders must carefully read bidding documents and upload fully signed documents electronically.

Bid submission and security: Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS only. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the electronic bid; the original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt/CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order) in favour of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal must be submitted in the office of the Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Late bids will not be accepted. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable government taxes.

Dates & opening: Electronic bids will be received up to 2026-07-30 at 12:00 Noon and will be opened on 2026-07-30 at 12:30 PM in the office of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Further details and bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website.

Note: The Framework Contract period and other terms are as defined in the bidding documents. The Municipal Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
