Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method for two rehabilitation/construction packages. Bidding is through the Pakistan e-Procurement System (ePADS) and bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) renewed for 2026-27.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- Registration with PPRA / use of ePADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) valid/renewed for FY 2026-27 for required categories and codes.
- Minimum five (05) years of experience in construction works as per PEC registration category and codes.
- Firm must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and be an active taxpayer (FBR, KPRA, Sales Tax, etc.).
- Proven completion of similar civil contracts: bidder must have successfully completed relevant contracts within the last five years.
- Financial capability requirements: Available Annual Turnover (AATO) & financial resources as specified – AATO @ 70% of estimated cost and Financial Resources / Cash flow @ 30% of estimated cost for each NCB.
- Bids must be submitted online via the Pakistan e-Procurement website (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk / ePADS) in accordance with e-Bidding instructions. Original supporting documents / bid security (as required in the bidding documents) must be provided as instructed in the tender documents.
