Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, South Waziristan Upper (Tank), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Purpose: Electronic bids are invited through the EPADS online bidding system for construction of irrigation tube wells, lift irrigation schemes and related works in merged areas. Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant PEC category) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA).

- Method: All bids to be submitted online through the EPADS e-bidding system. Tender form and BOQ to be completed online and downloaded from the Irrigation Department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk).
Eligibility & bid security:
- Required PEC categories (as advertised): CE-04, EE-11.
- Bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) and other document conditions apply as per the notice. Contractors quoting up to 10% below engineer's estimate must submit 2% CDR (original). Contractors quoting 10–20% below must additionally submit 8% CDR (original). Bidders quoting more than 20% below must submit differential amount and rate analysis with their bids; failure to submit required original CDRs will render the bid non-responsive.
- Non-refundable solicitation fee (as specified) must be deposited when obtaining bidding documents from the office of the undersigned.
Other conditions: Relevant KPPRA rules and notifications apply. Bids not uploaded through EPADS or received in hard copy will be considered non-responsive. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
