Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Division Lower Chitral — E-Bidding Notice for AOM&R / Emergent Works

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Lower Chitral invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope E-PADE System) from eligible contractors/firms in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules. Bidding is for Annual Operation, Maintenance & Repair (AOM&R) and emergent nature works on government roads and bridges under C&W Division Lower Chitral.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bid submission only through the E-PADE (E-Bidding) system before the stated deadline. Electronic bids will be displayed online 30 minutes after closing in presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Bid security in the shape of CDR (Bank Name, CDR Number(s) and date(s)) must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid on the E-bidding system. The advertised bid security amount is Rs. 440,000 per package.

- Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act, 2013 and must submit required documents and instructions as per the bidding documents.

- Tender documents, solicitation details and instructions to bidders can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral or downloaded from the E-PADE website before the submission date/time.

- Additional conditions: bidders quoting above or below specified limits must submit additional security as per the instructions; defaults, non-responsiveness and authenticity rules are governed by the bidding document and KPPRA rules. Successful bidder will sign the agreement within 28 days of acceptance of bid.

- Venue for opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Lower Chitral.
