Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding) for rehabilitation and related construction works at 132 kV grid stations. Bidding is open to contractors registered with PPRA, EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid codes for 2026-27.

Eligibility & Key Requirements
- Registration with PPRA, EPADS and PEC valid for financial year 2026-27 and possessing required PEC registration codes.
- The bidder shall be an active taxpayer (FBR, KPRA, Sales Tax). Joint ventures are excluded.
- The bidder must have successfully completed at least two (2) civil contracts of similar nature and scope in the last five (5) years. The value of each completed contract/work order (or revised amount) should not be less than fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost of the project.
- Financial capacity requirement: AATO (available annual turnover) at 70% of estimated cost and financial resources / cash flow at 30% of estimated cost (as stated).
- Bid Security: Prospective bidders shall submit 3% of the estimated project cost as bid security in the form of a CDR (original sealed copy) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad and must deliver it before bid closing time; otherwise the e-bid will be considered non-responsive.

- Complete bidding documents, instructions and specifications are available online via EPADS at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk and from the Office of the Project Director (GSC) HAZECO Abbottabad.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PAK / eprocure.gov.pk). Original required CDR must be delivered to Project Director GSC HAZECO before bid closing time.
- Partial or incomplete e-bids shall be rejected. All information and documents provided must be genuine; false statements may lead to debarment and legal action as per rules.
