Issuer: Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO). HAZECO invites e-bids from contractors registered with PPRA, EPAs/EDAs and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for the year 2026-27) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method in accordance with PPRA rules.
Eligibility & key requirements: bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified categories, possess relevant experience and financial capacity, and meet the specified Average Annual Turnover (AATO) and cash/financial resource requirements. AATO requirement: 70% of the estimated cost for each NCB. Financial resources / cash flow requirement: 30% of the estimated cost for each NCB. Bidders shall provide proof of recent audited financial records and required work experience; joint ventures are acceptable where allowed.
